In these strange and unprecedented times, we want to reassure you that the Sofas by Saxon team are doing everything we can to support and protect our colleagues and our customers.

In support of the Government’s announcement from March 23rd 2020, we have temporarily suspended the production and delivery of our furniture, including service and repair visits, for the safety and wellbeing of our team and our customers.

Since we have taken this decision, the support and understanding that our valued and loyal customers have shown us in these challenging times has been overwhelming.

Whilst our workshop and delivery service is temporarily suspended, you can still place an order online or chat with our team who are ready to answer any questions.

Can I order still place an order?

Yes, our team are still working and happy to help with any questions or to place an order. You can speak to them 01204 368413. Also, you can order leather and fabric swatches or a new sofa through our website.

Is your showroom still open?

Our showroom is now open by appointment only. Please contact a member of our team to make an appointment on 01204 368413.

When will I receive my new sofa?

Our standard lead-time is normally between 6-10 weeks. Until this situation is resolved, our workshop and delivery teams will remain temporarily suspended. This will create a slightly longer lead time. We will be in touch with you to arrange a delivery date as soon as the government lifts the restrictions.

I have placed an order — what will happen to it?

All our sofas are made-to-order. If our workshop haven’t started your order as yet, we will keep all of your materials safely stored until we can start work on it. If your sofa was ready, rest assured we will keep it safe and deliver it as soon as it is safe to do so. Are you still delivering orders?

Not at this time. Following government guidelines we have temporarily stopped all deliveries until further notice. At this time we feel it simply isn’t the responsible thing to do under these unique circumstances; especially due to the often complex nature of these visits.
