Because we’re so confident in the quality of our furniture, all of the timber frames supplied by Sofas by Saxon (allowing for fair wear and tear) are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period of 25 Years from the date of receipt. In addition to this, we also guarantee all other parts and materials for a period of Two Years.

We really want you to be happy with the furniture you order from Sofas by Saxon and you can do so in the confident knowledge, that if you’re not completely satisfied within 28 days of its receipt, then for all UK Mainland orders, we will collect it and refund your money*. Excluding bespoke, made-to-measure orders simply as they are made to specific requirements.
Delivery in the UK (mainland)
All deliveries within the UK mainland are carried out by our very own experienced transport team from Saxon Furniture Ltd. As part of our exceptional service, a helpful two man uniformed team will position your new furniture in exactly the spot you'd like it to be within your home. They'll also give you time to inspect your shiny new furniture and make sure you're happy with everything, before shaking hands and bidding you farewell.
Our Delivery Service Charges are:
£35 for all UK Mainland Orders under £400*
£69 for all UK Mainland Orders over £400*

Will my new furniture fit?
A big sofa needs a large doorway! If you think entry into your property and rooms could be tricky, we strongly advise you to contact our Transport Department on 01204 368411 to discuss access arrangements.
If we think it necessary, we can visit your home to ensure your chosen piece of furniture will fit, before we begin to make it.

Although our craftsman have nimble fingers, it takes time to create sofas to the Sofas by Saxon standard.
